An Open Letter to Congresswoman Gwen Moore

For decades Planned Parenthood spent millions of taxpayer dollars convincing the culture children in the womb are not humans. They labeled the babies products of conception and blobs of tissue. They used the Latin word fetus to turn a baby into an object of no value, something to be easily scraped, and torn from the mother’s womb. They encouraged the notion that reproductive rights trump the right to life of the child. Once they believed themselves to be on sure footing on that message they turned their attention to their most deadly program, the Negro Project.

Under the watchful eye of their most successful population control architect, Cecile Richards, Planned Parenthood expanded their reach into communities of color. She systematically grew their presence until more than 79% of their surgical abortion facilities are located in densely populated (their words) communities of color. In fact in only five minutes, you could take a short drive or walk from your Milwaukee office to their N. Jackson Street location conveniently located in your district. The same is true in the districts of Congresswomen Barbara Lee (CA), Maxine Waters (CA), Joyce Beatty (OH), Corrine Brown (FL), Yvette Clark (NY), and  Sheila Jackson Lee (TX) to name a few of those who were elected to look out for our interests. Labeling Protectingblacklife.org an extremist group does nothing to change the accurate information they presented that reveals the location of the surgical centers.

Cecile Richards changed the business model of the organization ensuring that every Planned Parenthood offers medical or surgical abortions and those affiliates that refused to do them were forced out. She then turned her eye toward building a cultural campaign that would allow her to carry out, in plain sight, the mission of the Negro Project, Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger launched some one hundred years ago. In order to control the Black birth rate. Richards  even went so far as to get the Ford Foundation on whose board she sits, to develop and provide training and talking points  to  elected officials and others  in an effort to reject the genocidal impact of Planned Parenthood’s abortion agenda. Black legislators, Black media, entertainers, and yes even Pastors were co-opted to help maintain the illusion Planned Parenthood fights to preserve Black and female rights.

And you, Representative Moore stepped right into the Negro Project.  Your comment that conservatives such as myself are “shaming African American women and attacking the reproductive health providers they rely on” are right out of that training Richards provided you in 2012. You agreed to promote their radical agenda of abortion at all costs, even if it results in the genocide of those whose skin color is the same as yours. 

You  and others ignore the reality that many abortionists simply walked out of the back alley and into the front doors of  urban abortion centers. The health care they provide is no health care at all, and many times it violates even the most basic standards of medical care. You and others ignore the fact that some of their affiliates have been stealing taxpayer dollars by over billing Medicaid (http://bit.ly/1PksXB6). You ignore the fact that they aid and abet underage sex abuse every time they fail to report a minor presenting for an abortion (http://bit.ly/1PUxhE7). You ignore the unsanitary conditions found in many abortions centers like the one in Delaware where conditions were so bad the nurses quit (http://dailym.ai/211GaGK). You ignore the fact that women are injured in these centers due to substandard medical care and each and every year more than 60,000 require hospital care as a result of a botched abortion (http://bit.ly/1bZJLuQ). You ignore the fact that one of the upper echelon of Planned Parenthood was giddy at the thought of selling so many Black and Latino baby body parts that she could purchase a Lamborghini.  And, you ignore the fact that women die in these abortion centers. Let us remember Tonya Reaves who was left bleeding for more than five hours in a Chicago Planned Parenthood (http://abcn.ws/1orwUdg).  

The shame, Congresswoman Moore, is that you and those with whom you serve, have failed to protect the very people that sent you to Congress. Oh, how I wish I could call you an Uncle Tom. But I cannot, because he gave his life to protect those in his care. You, on the other hand, have opened the door to Simon Legree and those who are hell bent on wiping us from the earth. I applaud Congressman Duffy, a 21^st Century abolitionist with the courage to face down the hate,being spewed by out of control abortion radicals.  At the very least he is speaking out. I pray more have ears to hear than those willing to embrace a lie as they slaughter babies and many times their mothers in the name of reproductive rights.

The Healthcare You Can Expect from Planned Parenthood

On July 26, 2015, Cecile Richards, President of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, visited ABCs “This Week”. In an attempt to persuade America to side with her organization, Richards made the following statement: “Planned Parenthood has broken no laws. We have the highest standards. The care and safety of our patients is our most important priority”. Let’s take a moment to examine a few examples of the care women can expect to receive in one of Planned Parenthood’s surgical centers where baby parts are collected and sold.

2015:

Emergency 911 records revealed a February 20, 2015, incident where a 38-year old pregnant patient suffered seizures and was unresponsive. The Planned Parenthood worker at first told the 911 dispatcher that the woman had no history of seizures, then corrected herself and indicated the patient had a medical history of seizures and suffered an episode just four months prior.

Ambulances were called to the Bedford Heights, Ohio Planned Parenthood abortion center on March 27 and May 11, 2015. In both cases “advanced life support” was administered on the scene, indicating that the emergencies were more serious in nature than “basic life support” incidents.

For the 28th time in less than six years, a patient of the Central West End Health Center of Planned Parenthood in St. Louis, Missouri, was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for emergency care that could not be provided by Planned Parenthood.

911 recordings show that a Planned Parenthood patient in Spokane Washington who was transported to the hospital on April 15, 2015, was hemorrhaging.

In May, 2015 an abortion patient in Lincoln, Nebraska suffered a medical emergency and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment that the Planned Parenthood facility was not equipped to provide. 

2013:

After just 42 days in business, a patient at the Planned Parenthood clinic in Victorville, CA was rushed to the hospital suffering from an unspecified medical emergency. However, the Victorville clinic is not supposed to be doing abortions. 

2012:

During late summer or early fall of 2012, Carla M. Murray complained to her supervisor, Thelma Mendoza, that the clinic was violating the law by permitting non-licensed personnel to gain access to a locked medication cabinet and dispense medication to patients after a teenager was given a Depo-Provera shot against her will. Murray was fired.

On May 3, 2012, Timothy  David Smith transported his thirteen-year-old step-daughter to Planned Parenthood in Denver, Colorado, for an abortion appointment that Timothy had forced her to schedule. None of the four Planned Parenthood staff reported or questioned Smith or his step daughter on the relationship. Instead they gave her an abortion, a birth control shot and sent her back home with her abuser who had been abusing her since she was six.

On July 20, 2012, a Chicago, Ill Planned Parenthood abortionist botched a second trimester abortion on a young African-American woman named Tonya Reaves. While Reaves’ life ebbed away, the abortionist delayed her transport to the hospital for 5½ hours. She spent the time in between scraping Reaves womb another two times, performing several other abortions

2009:

Planned Parenthood paid out $1.5 million in damages to the family of a 14-year-old, after she sustained permanent injuries from an abortion procedure performed by Colin Walters.

These are just a few examples of the health care that is Planned Parenthood’s priority. Their health care results in aiding and abetting child molesters; providing  substandard care that results in the hospitalization of patients and sometimes infertility and the ultimate price, substandard care that results in death. Women beware - Planned Parenthood’s multi-billion dollar care is a trap and snare for you, your baby and your baby’s body parts. Beware!

To My Sisters: We Made God Cry

The other day a storm blew through metro Atlanta. It was a fierce storm that rattled the windows and shook the doors. It woke me from a sound sleep. I could hear the rain pounding the ground in buckets, the lightning was flashing intermittently as the thunder roared. As I settled back down I began to dream. In it I saw the most heartbreaking, gut wrenching scene - I saw God with His head thrown back and streams of tears pouring from His eyes. His tears were so prolific they were like buckets of rain hitting the earth. His mouth was contorted as if in the deepest agony and each time He cried out it sounded like thunder. His fists were clenched as if enduring the most excruciating pain. Each time He lifted His hands and dropped them, bolts of lightning fell to the earth. Clearly centered in His bosom, closest to His heart were millions of babies that had died in the abortion clinics.

I woke up understanding that God was not pleased with us, we had made Him cry. As I came out of my sleep I knew that a measure of God's anguish was because we refused to look at the truth He had provided repeatedly. I felt an alarm going off in my heart and I heard these words: something is wrong, very wrong. I heard Eddie James in my head singing: "Sound the alarm and gather the people, gather the elders, let the ministers wail".

But how do we sound the alarm in a culture that has been indoctrinated to believe a lie? Just yesterday I watched a clip of Cecile Richards, President of Planned Parenthood, spinning a yarn that taking Title X money from Planned Parenthood would deny women access to mammograms, a service that Planned Parenthood does not provide. In recent years, Live Action, an organization out of California headed by Lila Rose, has exposed the many lies that Planned Parenthood tells including this most recent one about mammograms, and yet there are those that argue they are a champion of women. Despite recorded evidence that Planned Parenthood would take money to kill black babies, many still believe Planned Parenthood is a friend to blacks. Despite recorded evidence that Planned Parenthood counsels pimps and sex traffickers on how to avoid state and federal laws, there are those that still champion the cause of that agency as a friend of women. Despite news reports that the organization has changed its business model to increase the numbers of abortions on women, there are those that want us to believe that Planned Parenthood's business model is to provide reproductive health services to women, i.e. pap smears, cancer screenings and the like.

Normally we would look to the media to expose the truth or lies of assertions such as these. After all, it was the media that exposed Nixon's corruption. Remember "Deep Throat" and the Watergate scandal? It was the media that held Clinton accountable for his sexual encounters with a woman young enough to be his daughter. Yet in this instance the media has not warned women or even reported the truth. They have taken the active role of promoting the yarns that Planned Parenthood spins. The media even abdicated its responsibility to clean up the so called misstatements of spokespersons like Cecile Richards. Instead they join with the deception repeating it time and again as if it is truth rather than fabrication. The media has become the vehicle that Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers drive in their effort to keep abortion unfettered in America.

Normally we could look to the elected officials to sound the alarm about issues that directly affect their constituents. However, in this instance, the unmasking of the abortion industry, we have been betrayed. Many of the elected officials put in place to represent our interests have joined forces with those perpetrating the myth that abortion is woman friendly, for example, Congresswoman Gwen Moore from Wisconsin. Blacks are 6.2% of the population of Wisconsin, yet almost 25% of the 8,299 abortions in that state were on black women. That is more than three times their representation in the population! Something is wrong, very wrong with that picture. Yet congresswoman Moore stood on the floor of the U.S. Congress and sang the praises of Planned Parenthood, who would have aborted her children had she gone to them since that is the only service they offer a woman whose temporary economic condition would make it a struggle to provide for their children. At 18, Congresswoman Moore states she was poor, did not have a dime to call an ambulance. However, today, she walks the corridors of one of the most powerful governmental bodies in the world, making a six figure salary. I wonder if she really believes that abortion was a better option for her than the lives of her three children.

So I write to sound the alarm. Something is wrong, terribly wrong when across the nation black women are entering the abortion clinics at three, four and even five times their representation of the population. Something is wrong, terribly wrong, when even the black media and black elected officials will not sound the alarm. We are making God cry. Perhaps today will be the day that we say no more.
